The service
PropArch provides an agentic operating system for Indian residential real estate. AI agents perform operational work; a human approves every payment and compliance action. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the accuracy of the data you upload. You agree not to misuse the service or use it unlawfully. [Acceptable-use rules to be specified.]
Not a regulated intermediary
PropArch is software — not a law firm, bank, payment aggregator, or financial or legal advisor. We orchestrate and record the RERA-mandated split to the project's separate RERA-designated account per your own bank mandate; we do not hold or move client funds ourselves.[Regulatory-scope wording to be reviewed.]
Intellectual property
PropArch and its licensors own the platform and all related IP. You retain ownership of your data. [Licence grant and data-ownership terms to be provided.]
Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Governing law
